How long does it take for my dress to arrive?
Since most of our dresses are made-to-order, shipping typically takes 12 to 16 weeks. We recommend ordering at least 6 months before the wedding to allow time for production and alterations.
Do you offer professional alterations?
While we do not provide in-house alterations, our stylists provide detailed size charts and measuring guides to help you choose the best fit. We recommend consulting a local tailor for final adjustments.
Can I return a dress if it doesn't fit?
Because our gowns are made-to-order based on specific designer timelines, all sales are final. We encourage visiting one of our showrooms to try on samples before placing your final order.
How do I ensure all bridesmaids have the same dye lot?
To ensure color consistency, we recommend that all bridesmaids in a wedding party place their orders within the same 24-hour window so the dresses can be cut from the same bolt of fabric.
What sizes do you carry?
We offer a wide range of sizes from 00 to 32, depending on the designer. We also carry maternity and junior bridesmaid styles to ensure everyone in your party is included.
