Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your gown for any manufacturing defects or shipping damages and notify your local showroom within 48 hours.
Contact Your Showroom
Reach out to the specific Bella Bridesmaids stylist where you placed your order to discuss any concerns regarding the condition of your garment.
Authorization and Review
If a return is deemed necessary due to a defect, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.
Resolution Process
Once the item is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will initiate a repair, replacement, or credit as per our designer agreements.
